Preparing the ingredients
The kohlrabi you buy should have all the old parts cut off, peel off the outer green skin, then use a knife to cut it into small pieces about the length of a finger.
Shallots and garlic should be peeled and minced. Green onions should have the roots cut off, washed clean, and chopped into small pieces. Green pepper should be washed clean and drained.
Pork should be washed clean, rubbed with salt all over the piece of meat, then rinsed with clean water several times, and sliced thinly for eating.

Marinate the meat
