How to choose fresh, delicious shrimp
- You should choose live shrimp with a transparent outer shell, having a characteristic sea smell and not fishy.
- The head of the shrimp is firmly attached to the body, the tail of the shrimp is folded together, and the shrimp body is straight or slightly curved, then it is still fresh and delicious.
- Do not choose shrimp that have black spots under the shell, the body of the shrimp is round and bent, and the tail of the shrimp is spread out because these are shrimp that have been pumped with water, low quality, and when eaten, the shrimp meat will not be sweet and delicious.
