Next, add the prepared squid to the pan along with 1/2 teaspoon of monosodium glutamate, 1 teaspoon of seasoning powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, then stir-fry until the squid firms up, then set aside in a bowl.
Add another 2 tablespoons of cooking oil to the pan and sauté 1 finely chopped shallot until fragrant.
