How to Make Egg Cream for Dipping Bread

Whip the Egg Cream
First, you sequentially add 2 egg yolks along with 20 – 30 grams of sugar (depending on taste) and 20ml of beer into a glass cup.
Next, turn on the mixer at the highest speed and whip the eggs for about 15 – 20 minutes. When the egg yolks turn a light yellow color and are thick like cream, lifting the whisk should show the cream flowing in a smooth, sticky line to indicate it’s done.
Note: To avoid overheating the mixer, during the whipping process, you should let the machine rest for a few seconds about 2 – 3 times and regularly check the consistency of the egg cream to prevent overwhipping, which can cause the eggs to separate. -

Finally, you pour the cream into a cup or bowl, and dipping it with crispy hot bread is simply wonderful, isn’t it?
