    You add a pinch of salt, 1g of baking powder into 130g of flour type 11 and mix well (mixture A).

    Then, you gradually add 20g of powdered sugar, 1.5g of yeast, 130ml of fresh milk, and 1 tablespoon of cooking oil into the bowl and stir well to obtain mixture B.

  • Shape the buns

    When the dough has fermented, you take it out, lightly knead it, and divide it into 8 equal parts.

    You place the buns in an air fryer lined with parchment paper underneath. Then, brush a layer of cooking oil evenly on the surface of the buns.
