  • Prepare the ingredients

    Choy sum bought should have the roots cut off, separate each branch, then use a knife to cut into small thin pieces that are easy to eat. Then wash with water 2 – 3 times and let it drain.

    You remove the stems of the oyster mushrooms and tear the mushrooms into bite-sized pieces, wash them clean, and squeeze them to remove excess water.

    Remove the outer layers of the vegetarian sausage, cut the sausage into round slices, and then cut into small strips that are easy to eat.

    Cilantro should have the roots removed, rinse briefly with water, and let it drain.

    Add the noodles and stir-fry together, gently stirring continuously for about 7 – 10 minutes, taste and adjust the seasoning to suit your family’s preference and turn off the heat.
