How to Make Colorful Fried Rice

Prepare the Ingredients
Wash the vegetables thoroughly: peel and dice the carrot, trim the ends of the green beans and cut them into small pieces, finely chop the green onion.
Dice the Vietnamese pork sausage and Chinese sausage.

Fried Rice
Heat the pan over low heat, add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil, then add 1 tablespoon of minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add all the prepared ingredients in the following order: first, add the sausage and stir-fry for about 5 minutes, then add the carrots and corn and stir-fry for another 10 minutes, add the green beans and Vietnamese pork sausage, and continue stir-frying for about 5 minutes, finally add the rice and chopped green onions and stir-fry.
Add 2 teaspoons of annatto oil, 1 tablespoon of fish sauce, 1 teaspoon of seasoning powder, and 1 teaspoon of pepper, stir-fry the rice for about 5 minutes, taste and adjust the seasoning to your family’s preference, then turn off the heat.
Tip:
- It is better to use cold rice for frying, you can place the rice in the refrigerator refrigerator for 1 night before frying or at least 3 hours so that the rice grains are separated.
- If using freshly cooked hot rice, you should spread the rice out on a basket to let it evaporate quickly, and wait until it cools down a bit before starting to fry the rice.

Completion
Fry an egg to eat with the rice for more appeal, serve the rice on a plate and arrange it with sliced cucumber and tomatoes as a side. Sprinkle a few sprigs of cilantro on top to make the dish more eye-catching.
