Prepare the shrimp
Wash the shrimp thoroughly with water, then peel the shell, leaving the tail on for presentation.
Next, add 1/2 teaspoon of salt to marinate the shrimp for 15 minutes.
Quick tip for deveining shrimp:Just count back from the tail to the second groove connecting two segments of the shrimp shell, insert a toothpick through it, and pull to easily remove the vein.

Prepping potatoes
Peel the potatoes, then wash them thoroughly and soak them in diluted salt water.
Next, use a knife to cut them into thin slices about 1cm thick, then use a grater to turn them into long strands.
To soften the potato strands for easier wrapping around the shrimp, soak the grated potatoes in diluted salt water for about 30 minutes.

Making fried potato-wrapped shrimp
Wrap the potato strands around the shrimp, leaving the tail unwrapped. Next, to prevent burning when frying, brush a layer of cooking oil on the potato wrap.
Then, place all the potato-wrapped shrimp into the air fryer. Fry at 160 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes, then turn off the heat and let it cool. Continue to fry a second time at 180 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes to complete.
