  • Prepare the fruits

    Wash the mango, peel it, and cut it into small pieces that fit the jelly mold! Cut the squash in half, and then divide each half into three parts.

    For fresh peaches, cut them in half and then divide them into 8 equal parts. After that, continue to cut into 8 – 10 smaller pieces.

  • Cook the jelly powder

    Put a pot on the stove, add 1 liter of water and bring to a boil. While waiting for the water to boil, add 10g of jelly powder to a bowl containing 150g of sugar, mix well.

    When the water boils, slowly pour the mixture of jelly powder and sugar in while stirring to prevent the jelly powder from clumping, increase the heat.

    When the mixture boils, reduce the heat and simmer for another 5 minutes before turning off the stove.

    Prepare 3 cups of water, pour 50ml of peach syrup into 1 cup. Next, pour 1 packet of peach tea into the second cup, then add 20ml of peach syrup, pour in another 20ml of water, and stir well.

    In the remaining cup, add 50ml of lychee syrup.

    After 5 minutes, carefully lift the pot of jelly down, remove the foam, and then evenly pour the jelly into the 3 prepared cups and stir well.

  • Pouring the jelly into molds

    Next, slowly pour the jelly into the mold containing the corresponding type of fruit with the jelly flavor.
