Prepare Ingredients
Peel the garlic and crush it finely.
Tip: You should crush the garlic finely to extract more juice, do not use a blender to grind it.Cut off the roots of the coriander, rinse thoroughly with water, then let it drain. After that, separate the leaves and chop the stems into small pieces to put in a bowl.
Cut the bread lengthwise in half, then cut it into small pieces about 2 finger joints long.

Make the garlic butter sauce and toast the bread
Add all the minced garlic, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and 2 tablespoons of vegetable butter into the bowl with the chopped coriander, then microwave at 300 degrees Celsius for 1 minute.
Then take the bowl of garlic butter sauce out and mix well to combine the ingredients.
Next, arrange the bread on a plate and put it in the microwave at 300 degrees Celsius for 4 minutes.
After that time, take the bread out and let it cool.

Make garlic bread
