  • Prepare the Ingredients

    Wash the water lily stems briefly, use a knife to hold it perpendicular to the stem and scrape off the outer skin.

    Cut the water lily stems into small bite-sized pieces, rinse thoroughly with cold water, and drain.

    Peeled 8 cloves of garlic, wash clean.
