How to choose fresh and delicious chicken breast
- To prepare a delicious dish, you should choose chicken breast pieces with white skin, as these are larger chickens with tastier and firmer meat, while young chickens tend to have more tender meat.
- If you buy skinless chicken breast, observe the layer of fat on the chicken. Choose pieces with white fat for better taste.

How to make Grilled Chicken Breast stuffed with cheese cream

Prepare the chicken breast
Soak the chicken breast in diluted salt water for about 7 – 10 minutes, using your hands to gently massage to clean the meat. Then rinse thoroughly, use a knife to cut deep into the chicken breast but not all the way through, leaving enough space to stuff the filling.

Marinate the chicken breast
Marinate the chicken with 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of pepper, and 1 teaspoon of olive oil. Then, massage both sides evenly and let it sit for 10 minutes to allow the chicken to absorb the seasoning.

Prepare the other ingredients
Wash 50g of spinach, blanch briefly in boiling water, and rinse immediately with cold water to preserve color. Then cut the spinach into pieces about 2cm long.
Put 250g of cream cheese into a bowl and mash it until smooth.
Note: You should use cream cheese that is naturally softened at room temperature for easier mashing.Then add the chopped spinach, 50g of shredded parmesan cheese, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/3 teaspoon of pepper, and mix well until the filling is blended together.

Grilled Chicken
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes to stabilize the heat.
Line the baking tray with parchment paper, place the chicken breast on top, and stuff it with cheese filling. You can add some cherry tomatoes and finely chopped parsley on the chicken for extra flavor.
Put the chicken in the oven and grill at 200 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes until cooked evenly.
