    You put a pot of water on the stove, when the water boils, add 250g of baby onions to blanch quickly for 2 minutes, then take them out into a bowl, cut off the roots and peel the skin.

    Tip: To keep the onions crunchy and easy to peel, after blanching, immediately place the onions in a bowl of ice water for about 5 minutes.

    Wash the broccoli with diluted salt water, rinse again with clean water and let it drain. Then cut off the hard stems, and cut the broccoli into small bite-sized pieces.

    Heat a pan on the stove, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, when the oil is hot, add the chicken and grill each side for about 3 – 4 minutes over medium heat. When the chicken is cooked, transfer it all to a plate.

    Using the same pan where you grilled the chicken, add the baby onions and sauté for about 2 minutes.

    Then add 200ml of chicken broth, 2 tablespoons of honey, 2 tablespoons of mustard, 1 teaspoon of cornstarch (dissolved in 2 teaspoons of water), 1 teaspoon of vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper to the pan, and cook until the sauce thickens slightly. You can adjust the seasoning to your taste.
