  • Prepare the ingredients

    First, for the frog you bought, remove the head and simultaneously get rid of all the internal organs. Next, rub some salt on the surface of the frog for 3 – 5 minutes, then rinse several times with clean water and let it drain.

    For the lemongrass, cut off the top and use a knife to shave it thin. The chili should just be cut in half. Finally, peel the garlic and then slice it thinly.
