How to prepare Baked Sweet Potatoes with Butter

Prepare the sweet potatoes
Sweet potatoes bought do not need to be peeled, wash the sweet potatoes under running water. You should use a brush to gently scrub the layer of dirt clinging to the outside of the skin. Then rinse thoroughly and let them dry.
Tip:- The outer skin contains most of the fiber, antioxidants, and many vitamins found in sweet potatoes, so the best way is to keep the skin when eating. And cleaning the skin is very important.
- After rinsing, you can use a paper towel to dry them immediately instead of waiting for the sweet potatoes to dry naturally.

Slice the sweet potatoes thinly
After cleaning the sweet potatoes, cut off the two ends, and slice the remaining part diagonally into thin pieces that are easy to eat.
Tip:- For sweet potatoes, slicing them moderately helps the finished dish to be crispy on the outside while still retaining the inherent creamy texture inside.
- If they are not sweet potatoes, slice them a little thinner.
- After slicing, you should soak them for about 15 minutes in diluted salt water to remove all the sap from the sweet potatoes.

Place the buttered sweet potatoes in the baking pot, set the temperature to 180 degrees Celsius and bake for 20 minutes until the potatoes are evenly golden.
Note:- When baking, turn the sweet potatoes to make them crispier, you can sprinkle a little sugar if you like.
