How to Choose Fresh and Delicious Beef for Steak

How to make heart steak with mushroom sauce

Make the mushroom sauce
You place a pan on the stove, add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil and wait for it to heat up (dip the tip of a chopstick into the oil; if it bubbles, the oil is hot), then add the minced garlic and onion that you have prepared, sauté over medium heat until golden and fragrant, then add the cut fatty mushrooms, stirring well.
Next, add to the pan the mixture of ingredients including: 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of ground pepper, 1 tablespoon of rum, 200ml of whipping cream, a little spicy oregano, simmer on low heat until the mixture thickens, then season to taste and turn off the heat.

Marinating the beef
Wash the beef tenderloin with water, pat it dry, then cut it into pieces about 4cm thick. Next, cut the beef pieces in half, keeping the end part attached to shape it like a heart.
Marinate the cut beef tenderloin with a mixture of spices including: 1 spoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and 1 teaspoon of ground pepper. Massage the spices evenly into the beef!

Cooking the beef steak
Place a pan on the stove, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and wait for it to heat up, then add the beef tenderloin and fry until golden brown on both sides over medium-high heat.
Then add 30g of unsalted butter, turning each side for 1 minute, then add a sprig of rosemary. After that, turn off the heat, serve it with the mushroom sauce on top, and invite your beloved woman to enjoy it.
