Put the peas in a pot and pour enough water to cover them by about 1 – 2cm, then cook for about 30 – 40 minutes over medium heat until the peas are soft.
Tip:
- During the boiling process, remember to monitor the water level and add more if it gets low to prevent the peas from burning.
- Taste a pea; if it has a sweet and rich flavor without bitterness and is powdery, then it is cooked.

Blend the Peas
Put the cooked peas into a blender along with 500ml of water and blend until smooth.

Cooking Milk
Pour the ground beans into a pot, add enough water for 3.5 liters. Then cook over medium heat while continuously stirring the mixture with a ladle until the beans are cooked.
After cooking for about 10 minutes, you start adding condensed milk and use the ladle to stir so that the milk cooks and dissolves into the beans. Cook until the milk mixture boils vigorously, then turn off the heat.Tip: Remember to use a ladle to skim off the foam to keep the bean milk clear and delicious, which helps extend the shelf life of the bean milk!

Blanch the milk containers with boiling water to sterilize them, then use a clean towel to dry them thoroughly.

After washing the strawberries, set aside 2 for decoration. The remaining ones should have their stems removed and cut into small pieces.
Wash the peas, set aside about ten peas for decoration, then put the rest in the freezer to freeze for about 2 hours.
