    • Aloe vera leaves with an unusual purple color at the stem should be avoided as they are old and about to spoil.

Step 5 Final Product Calamondin honey aloe vera tea

How to choose fresh and delicious calamondin (quất)

    • You should choose ripe calamondin fruits that are bright yellow, have a light fragrant smell typical of the calamondin tree, and have a shiny skin. When held in hand, they should feel juicy and firm.
    • Do not choose fruits with rough, dry, wrinkled skin and a strong unpleasant smell, as these may be wilted, old calamondins, which are not safe to use.

How to choose good quality honey

    • When buying honey, you should select branded products with clear origin sold in supermarkets or reputable honey stores.
    • To check if honey is good and of high quality, you can drop honey onto a piece of absorbent paper. If the drop forms a round shape and dissolves slowly or not at all, it is real honey. Conversely, if it dissolves quickly, it has been diluted and its nutritional value is no longer high.
    • Avoid buying expired honey, which may show signs like white bubbles on the surface, a strong pungent smell, and a sour and bitter taste when sampled.
