How to make Coconut Milk Braised Soybean Paste

Prepare the ingredients
You peel 3 cloves of garlic and then use a knife to mince the garlic.
Wash the chili, then slice it into small pieces.
You cut off the root of the cilantro, then wash it with water and let it drain.

Make the coconut milk braised soybean paste
Heat a pan on the stove, add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil. When the oil is hot, add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
When the garlic is golden, add 200g of soybean paste and stir-fry, using chopsticks to mix well.
Next, add 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of monosodium glutamate, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 150ml of coconut milk into the pan, and continue to braise over medium heat. You can adjust the seasoning to your taste.
When the mixture in the pan starts to boil, reduce the heat, stir well with chopsticks and continue to braise for about 5 more minutes, then turn off the heat.
