Notes when making mango pudding for your little one
- Do not use sugar or salt for children under 1 year old because babies cannot excrete these substances, which can harm their health.
- Moms should make this mango pudding for children from 6 months old and up!
- Moms should supervise the child, do not let them eat too much at each meal but let them eat slowly little by little.
- Moms should also check for potential allergies and the baby’s digestion when introducing new foods, if the baby is allergic or has digestive issues, do not give them that food anymore.
How to choose ripe, fresh mangoes
- Choose mangoes with evenly yellow skin, firm skin, not rough, and without tiny brown spots.
- Choose mangoes that have the flesh well attached to the firm stem, not soft and mushy.
- Natural ripe mangoes have a gentle and characteristic sweet smell.
- Gently squeeze the mango with your hand; naturally ripe mangoes will have a certain firmness, feel solid in hand, and will not get mushy when pressed.
Note when buying gelatin
Make sure to buy organic gelatin to ensure safety for your little one!
