How to make Chocolate chips marshmallow flavor ice cream

Melt the marshmallow
Put the marshmallows into a bowl, add 50ml of unsweetened fresh milk, and microwave on medium power for about 1 minute.
Tip: If you don’t have a microwave, you can put the marshmallow mixture in a pot and melt it over low heat on the stove. -
Make ice cream
You take the marshmallow candy mixture out of the microwave, use a whisk to mix the mixture evenly, then put it in the freezer for 2 hours.
After the time is up, take the ice cream mixture out, add 100g of chocolate chips, mix well, and continue to place it in the freezer for 5 hours.

Make waffle cone (if desired)
You add 1 egg white and 50g of powdered sugar into a bowl, use a whisk to mix well, then continue to add 25g of all-purpose flour, 15g of melted unsalted butter into the egg white mixture and mix well.
Put the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, prepare a baking tray lined with parchment paper, then scoop 1 tablespoon of batter onto the parchment paper, spreading it thinly into a rectangle shape.
To maintain a stable temperature in the oven, preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes, then place the baking tray in to bake for about 10 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
After baking, roll the cake into a cone shape.

Completion
Take the ice cream box out of the refrigerator, use a spoon to scoop ice cream into the waffle cone and enjoy.
