Make the cake cream
Put 100g of softened butter (cut into small pieces) and 20g of powdered sugar into a measuring cup. Then use an electric mixer, starting at low speed and gradually increasing, beat until the mixture is smooth and creamy, then turn off the machine.
Next, add 200ml of whipping cream and continue using the electric mixer to beat until the mixture is fluffy and smooth.

Next, add about 25g of white tapioca pearls.
Finally, slowly pour the milk tea over the pearls in the glass, and add the remaining tapioca pearls on top, and you have completed this milk tea.
