How to make Spooky Mirror Cake

Spread cream on the cake
Spread a bit of cream on the first sponge cake layer and then place the second sponge cake layer on top.
Add more cream on the top of the cake and a little on the sides, spreading it evenly and smoothly around all sides of the cake.
Put the cake in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes. Then take the cake out, add another layer of cream on top and spread it evenly to create a cream layer for the cake. Put the cake in the fridge for another 3 hours.

Making the mirror glaze layer
Put 5 teaspoons of gelatin into a bowl with 20ml of water and stir to dissolve the gelatin in the water.
Place a pot on the stove, add 190gr of white sugar, 85ml of sweetened condensed milk, and 120ml of water. Cook over low heat, continuously stirring with a ladle for about 10 minutes until the mixture dissolves and then turn off the heat. After that, add the gelatin that has been dissolved in water, stirring until the mixture is fully combined, smooth and even.
Add the above mixture into 250gr of white chocolate chips, let it sit for 3 minutes for the chocolate to melt, then stir well until the chocolate is completely melted. Strain the mixture through a sieve for a fine consistency.

Color mixing
Add half of the white chocolate mixture prepared in step 2 into a large cup along with 5ml of white food coloring and stir well.
For the remaining half of the white chocolate mixture, add 5ml of purple food coloring and stir well. Then, gently pour it into the cup with the white chocolate mixture but do not mix them together.

Completion
Take the cake out of the fridge and place it on a wire rack. Then, gradually pour the mixed color from step 3 onto the cake; when the white chocolate starts to flow, carefully move your hand to create white lattice patterns on the surface of the cake.
Finally, you can decorate with some cute patterns, candies, or cakes according to your preference, and the cake is ready.
