Ground meat 300 gr Chopped carrots 2 tablespoons Chopped mushrooms 2 tablespoons Minced garlic 1 tablespoon Chopped green onions 1 tablespoon Minced shallots 1 tablespoon Cornstarch 1 tablespoon Soy sauce 8 tablespoons Black sauce 4 tablespoons Chili sauce 4 tablespoons Ground pepper 1/2 teaspoon Cooking oil 2 tablespoons Common seasoning a little (Sugar/ seasoning powder/ broth powder/ ground pepper)

How to prepare Dry Noodle Dressing Sauce

  • Mix the sauce

    You add to a bowl 4 tablespoons of sugar, 1 tablespoon of seasoning, 1 teaspoon of monosodium glutamate, 8 tablespoons of soy sauce, 4 tablespoons of black sauce, 4 tablespoons of chili sauce, 400ml of water, 1/2 teaspoon of ground pepper and stir well.

  • Cook the sauce

    Put a pan on the stove over medium heat, wait until the pan is hot, then add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil and sauté minced shallots, minced garlic, and minced green onions.

    When the shallots are fragrant, add ground pork and stir-fry for about 3 minutes, then add minced carrots and minced wood ear mushrooms and stir-fry for another minute.

    Next, add the mixed sauce from above, bring to a boil for another 5 minutes, then add a mixture of 1 tablespoon of cornstarch and 2 tablespoons of water, stir until it thickens slightly, then season to taste and turn off the heat.

  • Cook the sauce
