How to choose fresh and delicious pork
- To ensure quality, you should choose to buy whole pieces of pork instead of pre-ground meat.
- You should choose fresh pork that has a pink color, is soft, and has fat that is opaque white.
- You should choose meat that feels elastic when pressed and has a distinctive aroma.
- Do not choose meat that has a dark red color or strange smell, as it may be pork fed with growth stimulants.
- After selecting fresh pork, you can ask the seller to grind the meat for you or grind it at home using a meat grinder!

- You should choose fresh enoki mushrooms that are white, crunchy, and shiny.
- Choose mushrooms with firm caps, and stems that are not slimy or slightly brown.
- Do not choose enoki mushrooms that are bruised, with separated or crumbling stems.

- You should choose tomatoes that have intact skin, are plump and bright red, and evenly colored.

How to make Stir-fried Enoki Mushrooms with Minced Meat and Tomatoes

Prepare the ingredients
Wash the tomatoes, drain, and dice them.
Cut off the stems of the enoki mushrooms, separate them, wash them thoroughly, and then drain in a basket.
Peel the shallots, wash them, and slice them thinly.

Stir-fry the tomatoes and mushrooms
Heat a pan on the stove and add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil. Once hot, add the sliced shallots and sauté until fragrant.
Next, add the diced tomatoes and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
Then, add the prepared mushrooms and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.

Completion
You add about 100ml of water to the pan and add 2 tablespoons of seasoning, 1/2 tablespoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of pepper, cook until the water boils, then add the minced meat and cook for an additional 7 minutes. Chop some chili and add it if you like it spicy.
Adjust the seasoning to your taste, and when the water boils again, turn off the heat.
