How to make Three-color ice cream – neapolitan ice cream
-
Mix the whipping cream
Put 600ml of chilled whipping cream into the bowl. Use the egg beater at low speed, then gradually switch to high speed, beating until the mixture is soft and fluffy with light streaks.
Next, add 10 tablespoons of condensed milk and 1 teaspoon of vanilla flavor into the cream bowl. Continue using the egg beater to mix the mixture evenly.
At this point, you only need to set the machine to medium speed, avoiding high speed which can make the cream watery and lose its fluffiness.
-
Color the cream
You divide the cream mixture into 3 equal parts and place them in 3 separate bowls.
In the first bowl, you add about 15g of cocoa powder (or chocolate powder) into a sieve to sift it finely, then mix the cream mixture with the cocoa powder to create a brown color.
Similarly, for the second bowl, you also mix 15g of strawberry powder with the cream mixture to create a pink color.
For the third bowl, you keep the cream mixture as it is to maintain the white color.
-
Pour into molds and chill
You pour each type of cream into the container in 3 equal parts in the order of brown, white, and pink, then flatten each layer for smoothness.
Finally, cover it, gently tap the container on the table to flatten the cream surface, and place it in the freezer refrigerator for 4 – 5 hours until the cream is completely frozen and then you can take it out to serve!

Final Product
Beautiful Neapolitan ice cream with alternating colors of brown, white, and pink.
Soft and smooth ice cream with the rich flavor of cream mixed with the slight bitterness of cocoa and the sweet and sour taste of strawberries, making it delicious and appealing. Especially when scooping the ice cream, remember to scoop in a straight line, this way the three flavors will blend together, making it tastier than scooping each color separately!
Additionally, you can also enjoy the ice cream with waffle cones to enhance the crunchiness of the cone, adding to the deliciousness of this three-color ice cream!
