Chocolate syrup 15 ml Cocoa powder 20 gr Unsweetened fresh milk 200 ml Milk powder 40 gr Thick cream 150 gr (or 80ml whipped cream) Egg yolk 1 (16gr) Cornstarch 10 gr Granulated sugar 80 gr Vanilla extract 1/2 teaspoon

How to Make Chocolate Ice Cream

  • Mix the Ingredients

    Put into a pot 20gr of pure cocoa powder, 40gr of whole milk powder, 10gr of cornstarch, 80gr of granulated sugar, 1 egg yolk, 15ml of chocolate syrup along with 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract.

    Use a whisk or an electric mixer to mix the ingredients thoroughly until they are well combined, then add 200ml of unsweetened fresh milk and stir well.

  • Heat and Mix the Cream

    Place the pot on the stove, turn the heat to low, then use a whisk or spoon to stir until the mixture boils and thickens, then turn off the heat.

    Wait for the cream mixture to cool to about 30 degrees Celsius, then add 150gr of heavy cream or 80ml of whipped cream that has been whipped, and mix until the mixture is uniform.

  • Pour the mixture into the mold

    Pour the cream mixture into a container, seal tightly, and store in the freezer refrigerator for 6 – 8 hours to be ready to eat.

    With just a few ingredients and simple steps, you have a delicious chocolate ice cream that is not icy and incredibly smooth. The cream is soft and melts right in your mouth, providing a refreshing taste.

    Tip: If you store the ice cream in the freezer for an extended period, before eating, you should take the ice cream out of the freezer 10 minutes in advance to achieve the desired softness and deliciousness when enjoying!
