Peach 1 fruit Peach syrup 20 ml Mint syrup 10 ml (or substitute with 4 mint leaves) Lemon juice 5 ml (about 1/2 lemon) White granulated sugar 15 gr (30ml sugar syrup) Soda 330 ml (or 7up)

How to make non-alcoholic peach Mojito

  • Prepare the peach

    Peel the peach, wash it clean, use a paper towel to dry it, cut it into four pieces and then dice it.

    Tip: You should choose ripe peaches that feel soft to the touch; avoid bruised fruit or those that feel too hard, as unripe peaches will make it difficult for the final product to develop a fragrant aroma.

    Then, use a small pestle or spoon to mash the peach. You don’t need to mash it too finely.

    Add 15g of white sugar, 20ml of peach syrup, 10ml of mint syrup, and 5ml of lemon juice along with about 5 – 6 ice cubes into the shaker.

    Next, close the lid and shake for about 15 seconds to combine the mixture.

    Tip: If you use fresh mint leaves instead of mint syrup, before adding them to the shaker, lightly slap them in your hands a few times to release the essential oils.

Mint leaves: The leaves grow oppositely, are oval-shaped, have serrated edges, and are covered with fine hairs on both sides. The aroma is strong, with a spicy and refreshing taste.

Vietnamese balm: The leaves are elongated, with serrated edges, lacking fine hairs on the leaf surface, and are usually smaller than mint leaves. The aroma is milder than mint leaves, with a less intense spicy fragrance.

  • Prepare the ingredients

    Peaches should be washed clean after purchase, drained, cut in half, and pitted. Then cut the peaches into wedges.
