    Add the dried melon into a pan, set the heat to low, and roast the melon evenly for about 3 minutes until golden and fragrant.

    Prepare a pot and add ingredients including roasted winter melon, 1/3 of a torn-up monk fruit, and 6 pandan leaves, then pour in 2.5 liters of water. Adjust the heat and cook for about 1 – 1.5 hours.

  • Prepare the ingredients

    After buying the winter melon, wash it thoroughly with water, drain, and cut it into pieces about 4 cm long.
