Eggs 2 pieces Potatoes 2 tubers Ham 5 slices Tomato sauce 3 teaspoons Parsley powder a little (Parsley) Shredded mozzarella cheese 160 gr

How to choose and store potatoes

  • Choose firm, heavy, intact potatoes with smooth skin.
  • Yellow potatoes will be tastier and sweeter than those that are slightly white.
  • Do not choose shriveled potatoes that feel soft or have black eyes, are rotten, or leaking.
  • Absolutely do not choose potatoes that have turned green or sprouted as they are extremely dangerous to health.
  • Store potatoes in a cool, ventilated place, away from direct light.

  • Cut Potatoes

    Peel the potatoes, wash them clean, and then cut them into many small sticks.

    Stack 5 slices of ham on top of each other, roll them up, and then cut them into small strips.

  • Frying Potatoes

    Place a pan on the stove, add cooking oil so that the potatoes are fried just enough to cover their surface.

    When the oil is hot, add the potatoes to the pan and fry over medium heat, using a spoon to press the edges of the potatoes together to form a round shape.

    Cover the lid and fry the potatoes for about 5 – 7 minutes.

    Spread 3 teaspoons of tomato sauce, shredded ham, mozzarella cheese, and a little parsley powder evenly over the pizza.

    Cover with a piece of aluminum foil, tightly cover the lid, and melt the cheese over low heat for about 2 – 3 minutes.
