How to Make Japanese Teriyaki Sauce

Mix Ingredients
Combine the ingredients for the Teriyaki sauce: 20ml soy sauce, 110gr brown sugar into a bowl and stir until dissolved.
Then add 7.5gr minced ginger, 5gr minced garlic, 15ml honey, 15ml sesame oil, and 45ml Mirin into the bowl and mix well.

Cook Teriyaki Sauce
Pour the mixture for the Teriyaki sauce into a pot and bring to a boil. When the Teriyaki sauce boils, reduce the heat and simmer for about 4 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Remove the pot from the stove and let the Teriyaki sauce cool to finish.
Note: When the Teriyaki sauce has completely cooled, pour it into airtight jars and store it in the refrigerator to keep it for a long time.
