How to prepare stir-fried purple cabbage

Prepare the ingredients
For the cabbage, cut off the core and any yellow or worm-eaten leaves (if any). Then soak it in diluted saltwater for 5-10 minutes, rinse with cold water to clean, drain, and use a knife to slice it horizontally to a thickness of about 1/2 finger width.
Wash the tofu skin a few times with water to remove dust.
Heat a pan on the stove, add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil and heat it, then add the tofu skin to fry until golden. Next, use a knife to cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces about 1/2 finger width thick.
Wash the bell pepper, remove the stem, then cut it in half with a knife, remove the seeds, and slice it into strips.
