Prepare the ingredients
You peel the carrots and onions, then wash them with clean water. After that, use a knife to chop the carrots and onions into smaller pieces for easier blending. For the betel leaves, wash them with water to remove dirt, then let them drain.
Gradually add the onions and carrots into a blender to puree. Then, place the two blended ingredients into 2 bowls separately.
Soak 10 pieces of shiitake mushrooms in water for 10 minutes to let them expand, then rinse with clean water and chop them finely.
