Make milk foam
Whipping cream and unsweetened fresh milk must be chilled for about 30 minutes.
First, add the whipping cream along with 50ml of unsweetened fresh milk, 10gr of sugar, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt into a bowl.
Use a hand mixer to beat on high speed for about 2 minutes until the mixture becomes soft whipped cream.
Tip:
- If you don’t have a hand mixer, you can tightly close a glass jar and shake it vigorously until the mixture forms a fine milk foam.
- You can use a coffee frother to whip the mixture until it becomes creamy and slightly heavy.

Strain the tea and stir in the milk
Pour hot water at about 80 – 90 degrees Celsius into 5 grams of dried black tea and steep for about 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, strain the tea to remove the residue and obtain the concentrated black tea.
Add 25ml of condensed milk to the remaining 80ml of unsweetened fresh milk and stir until dissolved.
Tip: To prevent the tea from becoming bitter and to enhance its aroma, rinse the tea with about 50ml of boiling water, then steep the tea with 120ml of boiling water for 15 minutes.

Completion
Fill a glass with ice cubes, then pour the milk until it reaches 2/3 of the glass, then stop.
Next, gently pour the milk foam on top but do not fill the glass all the way, leaving about 2 cm of space from the rim of the glass.
Finally, gently pour the black tea until the glass is full, creating a beautiful three-layer effect.
