Seaweed 50 gr (2 pieces) White sesame 30 gr Chili powder 1 tablespoon Salt/MSG A little Cooking oil 1 tablespoon

How to cook Salt-Roasted Seaweed

Prepare the seaweed
When you buy the seaweed, just tear it into small pieces and place it in a bowl.

Roasting sesame
Place a pan on the stove, then add 30g of white sesame seeds, and roast evenly over medium heat for about 3 minutes until the sesame turns golden and fragrant, then turn off the heat and scoop out the sesame.

Mixing spices
Add 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of monosodium glutamate, and 1 teaspoon of chili powder successively into a bowl, then mix well and use a pestle to grind it finely.

Roast seaweed with sesame salt
Add 1 spoon of cooking oil into a pan, heat it over medium heat for about 1 minute until the oil is hot, then add the shredded seaweed.
Stir and mix well over low heat for about 3 minutes until the seaweed is evenly coated with oil and gradually turns green, then add the crushed seasoning mixture.
Continue to mix over low heat for about 2 minutes until the seasonings are absorbed and evenly coat the seaweed.

After the seasoning has evenly absorbed into the seaweed, add the roasted sesame and mix well for another 2 minutes until the sesame is evenly coated on the seaweed, then you can turn off the heat and scoop onto a plate to enjoy!
