How to prepare stir-fried pickled radish with meat

  • Prepare the ingredients

    For the pickled radish, you should use a knife to slice it into thin strips, then massage and rinse it several times to reduce the salty taste of the radish.

    Wash the pork thoroughly, drain it, and then cut it into bite-sized pieces.

    How to eliminate the smell of meat

    • Method 1: The simplest way to eliminate the smell of pork is to massage the piece of meat with salt (or lemon juice, vinegar) for a few minutes and then rinse it clean.

How to Prepare Stir-Fried Pickled Radish with Minced Meat

  • Prepare the pickled radish

    First, take 100g of pickled radish that you bought and wash it 3 – 4 times with clean water to reduce the saltiness, while squeezing it to remove excess water.

    Remove the roots from the green onions, wash them clean, and let them dry, then use a knife to chop finely. Finally, peel the shallots and slice them thinly.
