    After purchasing the pork, to eliminate any foul smell, rub a bit of salt directly onto the meat, then rinse thoroughly with clean water and drain. After that, place the meat on a cutting board and slice it into small, thin pieces suitable for eating.

    • Method 1: Massage the meat with salt (or lemon juice, vinegar) for about 2 – 3 minutes, then rinse under running water until clean.
    • Method 2: Soak the meat in diluted white wine for about 5 – 10 minutes, then take it out and rinse 2 – 3 times with water.
    • Method 3: Boil a pot of water and blanch the meat for about 2 minutes, then take it out and wash off any impurities before cooking.
