Prepare the ingredients
Pre-fried tofu should be cut into bite-sized cubes. You can cut it into 6 or 8 pieces as desired.
Cut off the stems of the straw mushrooms, wash them clean, and let them dry. If the mushrooms are large, cut them in half for easier cooking.

Stir-fried straw mushrooms with tofu
Add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil to the pot and heat over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and stir-fry quickly for about 1 minute, then add 1/2 cup of water (rice bowl), cooking for about 5 minutes until the mushrooms are soft.
Then add the tofu along with seasonings: 2 teaspoons of vegetarian seasoning and 1/2 teaspoon of monosodium glutamate. Stir well for the seasonings to soak into the straw mushrooms and tofu for about 5 minutes.
Taste and adjust the seasoning, then turn off the heat. Serve the stir-fry on a plate, sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon of ground pepper on top, and it’s ready to enjoy.
