How to make Cheese-coated Seaweed Snack

  • Cut the seaweed

    The rice paper is cut into rectangular pieces about the length of one finger and the width of about 1.5 finger joints.

    The seaweed sheets should be cut into rectangular pieces smaller than the rice paper, with a width of about one finger joint.

    Finally, you lightly dampen the rice paper and then stick the seaweed piece on.

How to Make Cheese Seaweed Snack (recipe shared by a user)

  • Stick seaweed to rice paper

    First, you will place the rice paper on a cutting board and then use a brush to apply a layer of water on the surface of the rice paper to soften it.

    Then place the seaweed on top and gently press so that the rice paper and seaweed stick together!

  • Baking the snack and adding cheese powder

    Preheat the oven to 130 degrees for 15 minutes.

    Place the cake in the mold, then put it in the oven and bake for 10 minutes at 130 degrees Celsius. After 10 minutes, flip the cake and bake for another 5 minutes.
