    Bok choy should be washed thoroughly under running water to remove any dirt or sand adhering to its stalks. Then trim some leaves and keep the stalks.

    Next, place a pot on the stove with about 1 liter of water, add 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of sugar to the pot. Boil on high heat until the water boils, then add the bok choy and boil for about 30 seconds, when you see the color of the bok choy is greener than when you put it in, it’s done.

  • Prepare the snow fungus and carrots
