  • Prepare lemongrass and pandan leaves

    Wash the lemongrass, cut off the root, then peel off the dry outer leaves, crush it with a knife and cut into small pieces about 1cm long.

    Wash the pandan leaves and use scissors to cut them into small pieces.

    Put 1 liter of water into a pot and place it on the stove to boil for about 3 – 5 minutes over medium heat.
