Roast the salt in a frying pan over medium heat for about 3 minutes until fragrant and crispy, then turn off the heat.

Roasting and Shelling Peanuts
Place a pan on the stove, wait until the pan is hot, then add the peanuts, roast while stirring evenly over low heat for about 15 minutes until the peanuts are golden and cooked evenly, and the shells crack open, then turn off the heat. Let it cool and then use a sieve with large holes to shell the peanuts completely.
