How to make Sesame Salt Peanuts

  • Roasting Sesame

    Add white sesame into a frying pan, stir evenly over low heat for about 10 minutes until fragrant and golden brown, then turn off the heat and let it cool.

    Roast the salt in a frying pan over medium heat for about 3 minutes until fragrant and crispy, then turn off the heat.

    Put the peeled peanuts into a ziplock bag and use a pestle to pound them finely. Next, add the salt and toasted sesame seeds into the ziplock bag, then pound them finely.

    Note:

    • If you do not like to use a pestle, you can use a multi-purpose blender to grind.
