    First, place a deep non-stick pan on the gas stove and add water to boil.

    After the water boils, add 1 teaspoon of sugar and 1 teaspoon of salt. Then, gradually add the carrots and asparagus, boiling for about 2 minutes before using a strainer to remove them onto a plate.

    You continue to place a non-stick pan on the stove, then add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil into the pan.

    After the oil heats up, add the scallions and stir-fry until fragrant, then turn off the heat.

    Next, add 1/2 tablespoon of seasoning, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce, and 2 tablespoons of ketchup into the pan.

    Then, turn the heat back on and stir until the mixture boils.

    To create a glossy finish for the sauce, add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil into the pan, stir well, then turn off the heat.
