Prepare Ingredients
Peel the chayote, wash it clean and let it drain, then cut it into thin strips.

Put a pan on the stove, add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil, wait for the oil to heat up, then add the pounded green onion and pepper to sauté until fragrant. Next, add the shrimp and stir-fry for about 1 minute on high heat until they firm up.
