How to Prepare Pig Brain with Traditional Herbs

  • Prepare the Pig Brain

    Soak the pig brain in diluted salt water for about 2 – 3 minutes, then use a sharp toothpick to carefully remove all the membranes and blood vessels, rinse gently with salt water and let it drain.

    • You must thoroughly clean the membranes and blood vessels!
    • Additionally, you can soak the pig brain in diluted white alcohol with a few crushed ginger pieces.
