Chicken breast 300 gr (other chicken parts can be used) Chicken thigh mushrooms 250 gr Carrot 1 piece Red onion 2 pieces (finely chopped) All-purpose flour 250 gr Tapioca starch 17 gr Baking powder 4 gr Milk powder 15 gr Vinegar 2 tablespoons Yeast 1.5 gr Cooking oil 3 tablespoons Filtered water 130 ml Oyster sauce 1.5 teaspoons Common seasoning a little (salt/ sugar/ monosodium glutamate/ seasoning powder)

  • Prepare the ingredients

    Add 250gr type 11 flour into a mixing bowl. Next, add 17gr tapioca flour, 4gr baking powder, 1.5gr yeast, and 15gr milk powder into the bowl, using a whisk to mix the ingredients thoroughly.

    Mix 2 tablespoons of cooking oil with 100ml of water, then slowly add the mixture to the dough bowl; if the dough is dry, you can add more water.

    After that, turn on the dough mixer (whisking machine) at low speed and start mixing until the ingredients blend together to form a cohesive mass without lumps.

    After the ingredients are blended together and have a slightly sticky texture, knead the dough by hand for about 20 minutes until the dough is smooth.
