Cooking palm sugar
First, we put a pan on the stove and add 200g of palm sugar into the pan, followed by 30ml of clean water, boil the sugar and water until the sugar melts and thickens.
Next, add 1 teaspoon of salt and stir well, then remove the pan from the heat (continue to stir steadily).
Tip: Keep the heat at medium temperature to avoid burning the sugar. -
Prepare the ingredients
After buying lemongrass, galangal, and lime leaves, we wash them thoroughly, then slice the ginger and galangal into thin pieces.
Next, we put a pan on the stove and add dried chili, then stir constantly for 2 minutes.

Put a pan on the stove, add 1 bowl of salt, then roast the salt for 2 minutes until it is hot, then add the peanuts and roast for 10 minutes.
