- Choose broccoli with a dark green color; the greener the broccoli, the tastier it will be.
- Use your hands to check the stem of the broccoli; if the stem is firm and hard to break, then it is fresh broccoli, while if it is soft and pliable, then it is wilted.
- Do not buy broccoli with few florets or florets that are not tightly clustered, leaving gaps; these broccoli will not be sweet and delicious when eaten.

How to choose delicious fresh enoki mushrooms
- Observe the color of the mushrooms; if the enoki mushrooms are naturally off-white, they are good quality. Conversely, if the mushrooms are too bright white, they may have been treated with bleaching chemicals.
- You should buy enoki mushrooms that are stored in tightly sealed plastic bags, within the expiration date, and have a clear origin to ensure the mushrooms are clean and fresher.
- Do not buy enoki mushrooms that show signs of leaking water, as most of these mushrooms have been kept for too long and are no longer usable.
