Whip the egg whites
First, separate the egg yolks and egg whites into 2 separate bowls. For the yolks, also place them in 2 different bowls, one part for the cake base and one part for the egg oil sauce.
In the bowl of egg whites, add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and then use a mixer to beat at low speed until small bubbles appear like soap.
Then, gradually add 2 tablespoons of sugar into the egg bowl and continue beating at medium speed until the mixture is stiff and forms stiff peaks when you lift the beater.
