  • Mix the batter

    Put 2 chicken eggs, 40g sugar, and 40g melted butter into a bowl, then use a whisk to mix well.

    Sift 80g flour into the egg mixture and mix until the mixture is thick and smooth.

  • Mix the batter

    You prepare a large bowl, add 1 bowl of flour, 1/2 bowl of cornstarch, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 1 chicken egg, 5 – 6 tablespoons of sugar, and 5 – 7 tablespoons of fresh milk into the bowl, then use a whisk to stir until the batter thickens and is smooth without lumps.

  • Make the cake

    You put the prepared batter into a bag and cut a small end of the bottom of the bag to easily squeeze the batter out. You prepare a non-stick pan, turn on the stove to low heat to heat the pan, then use the batter bag to squeeze onto the pan.
